This
is how, over 22 years ago, the SAV-A-LIFE mission was born.
We
brought you the first Deer whistle ever marketed in the world, the original,
patented SAV-A-LIFE Deer-Alert®/animal warning device. The idea
for marketing this Austrian invention, the SAV-A-LIFE Deer-Alert® throughout
the world, came from our company's founder, Clayton Anderson over 22
years ago.
Often
imitated but never duplicated, the SAV-A-LIFE Deer Alert® has been and
still is the best product to help reduce the incidence of animal-vehicle
collisions on our highways, and we are proud to still be around to offer
you this outstanding innovation.
We have
since successfully taken the distribution of the SAV-A-LIFE Doze-Alert
after AAA to help fatigue-stricken drivers stay alert on the road.
Over
12 years ago, we learned that in European countries like Norway, Sweden
and Finland, road tests showed that you could reduce the incidence of
frontal vehicle collisions by up to 38% when you drive with your lights
on during the daytime. Therefore, we introduced before GM, an OEM aftermarket
Daytime Running Light kit! We are proud to have our Daytime Running
Lights on US postal service trucks around the nation.
