Ordering requirements:

Master Distributor: initial order $5,000
and a minimum of $2,000 on re-orders

Dealership: initial order $500 and a
minimum of $250 on reorders

Delivery:

Continental USA only, freight is prepaid
and invoiced. Expedited transportation services will be
priced and billed as required.

International: all export orders are
prepaid, freight is billed accordingly.
Damaged shipments:
Please inspect shipments thoroughly upon arrival.
Damages or shortages must be reported to customer
service within 48 hours of receipt, by fax at (212)
593-1801.

Order cancellations:
Order cancellations must be received in writing. Once an
order has been processed a 15% restocking fee will be
assessed.
Returns
policy:
A return goods authorization number (RGA)
must be obtained before returning any product. For
merchandise that may have been shipped incorrectly please
request an RGA number from customer service by fax, (212)
593-1801 within 48 hours of receipt. Returns for
merchandise that was shipped correctly will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is
responsible for return freight. Merchandise must be
returned in its original packaging.
Warranty:
SAV-A-LIFE’s safety products come with a
year manufacturers’ limited warranty.
Returned checks:
A $30.00 handling fee will be assessed for each check
returned by our bank.
Advertising program
Authorized
distributors are encouraged to promote the name SAV-A-LIFE
in their advertising. We offer a 3% advertising allowance
with proof of performance-subject to Sav-A-Life’s approval.
The ad allowance is payable in free goods.
